Nelson Mask Parade

This Friday Appleby School showed all of Nelson their wonderful masks as part of the Nelson Arts Festival. Families, groups and schools all worked to create masks and join in the fun of the parade through the streets of Nelson. The theme this year was 'Sparkling, Sustainable Future'. Our theme was 'When the wind changed'- you can see the wind coming through our ranks. Children really enjoyed themselves and worked together to create a masterpiece of music, art and creativity. 56 seconds 4.3MB |
About AllanahI am the teacher of a group of very clever and growingly articulate group of Year Four and Five children in Nelson, New Zealand. We are learning new ways of communicating and are enjoying learning how to podcast.
